4.1 Pre-Installation

Follow these pre-installation guidelines. Depending on which WEBES components you wish

to install, ensure that your system meets the requirements described in the appropriate

sections:

• WEBES Common System Requirements

• Compaq Analyze System Requirements

• CCAT System Requirements

• RCM System Requirements

4.1.1 WEBES Common System Requirements

The system must meet the following basic requirements before you install WEBES:

• Processor architecture—Compaq AlphaServer

• Operating system—See Table 4–1.
