RCM UniCensus installation proceeds after all settings have been entered and confirmed.

UniCensus options can be changed at any time by running unisetup again.
To run UniCensus the following options are recommended:
default /var/opt/UniCensus/unicensus -all
RCM output /var/opt/UniCensus/unicensus -config

3.2.3 Installing CCAT
The following appears while installing the CCAT phase of WEBES.
