6. The choice to enable the Qualified Service Access Point (QSAP) appears as shown in
Figure 2–13. If this machine reports messages via CRSS, click Yes. If not, click No and
go to step 10.

7. Because you chose yes, another window appears for CRSS as shown in Figure 2–14.
If this machine also acts as the CRSS QSAP, enter or confirm “localhost.” Otherwise,
enter the name or IP address of the QSAP that this server communicates through, e.g.
myqsap.abc.company.com or 98.76.54.321.
8. Also in Figure 2–14, enter or confirm the receiving port number on the QSAP for CRSS.
The default port is 8941.
9. Confirm the path to the customer profile file that you previously saved (see Figure 2–14).
