External speakers do not
work.
Speaker batteries or ac
adapter have failed.
Replace speaker batteries or AC
adapter. Refer to the documentation
that came with the speakers.
Speakers have failed. If available, try another set of speakers.
If the new speakers operate correctly,
replace the old speakers following the
Customer Replacement Unit process
described in the
Warranty and
Information
booklet.
Microphone does not work. Microphone not connected or
improperly connected.
Properly connect the microphone. Refer
to the
System Reference
guide for more
information.
Microphone has failed. If available, try another microphone. If
the new microphone operates correctly,
replace the old microphone following the
Customer Replacement Unit process
described in the
Warranty and
Information
booklet.
Headphones do not work. Headphones not connected or
improperly connected.
