Build the EEPROM. See ➏.

Power down the system, replace the other processor modules. See Section

Power up the system. Copy the EEPROM environment variables to the new
processor using the build –c command. See

Enter into the EEPROM the 8-digit LARS number and a short message
(68 characters maximum) stating the date and reason for service. See

10.
Boot the operating system.
