3.1 Troubleshooting During Power-Up
Power problems may occur when powering up the system.

- Broken power subrack distribution panel
- Power not getting from subrack distribution
panel to PSMs in QBBs (PSM Vaux LED off)
- Power not getting from QBB backplane to
CSB board in H-switch housing or drawer
- Power not getting to console serial bus node
ID module in PCI box
- Short-circuit protection module tripped,
loose, or fallen off
