Front Panel Fan LED Indicators
Fan status is determined by the color of the front panel fan LED. The front
panel fan LED is the third LED from the left of the Power On/Standby switch
on the front of the server. The following table identifies the meaning of the
LED colors.

LED Status Description
Green All fans are operational
Amber One or more fans have failed
Hot-Plug Fan LED Status
Use the following table to determine the status of the hot-plug fan LEDs.

Green light Power is applied to the fan and fan is functional
Amber light Fan has failed
