2. Insert the processor .
3. Close the locking lever on the processor socket .

CAUTION: Always use a new heatsink with thermal interface material when replacing
processors. Failure to use new components may result in damage to the processor.
4. Remove the plastic cover on a new, unused heatsink to expose the thermal interface
material.
