Solving Battery Pack and Battery Gauge Problems

Notebook won’t turn
on when battery pack
is inserted and power
cord is unplugged.
Battery pack is discharged. • Connect the Notebook to
an external power
source and charge the
battery pack;
OR
• Replace the battery pack
with a fully charged
battery pack.
Check the battery
connectors on the system
board to ensure that they
are evenly spaced and not
bent or broken.
