5. Push the FDD out until you can grasp the front. Then pull the entire unit out.
6. Detach the FDD brace. For the Panasonic FDD unit (pictured) remove three
M2.5×3 screws from the sides and one M2×3 screw from the rear. For the Mitsui
FDD unit, remove four M2×4 screws.
7. After detaching the FDD brace, detach the FDD cable.
