2.4.3 Choosing a Desktop Theme
Desktop themes change the appearance of your desktop
and add sound effects:
Control Panel > Appearance and Themes > Pick a task
> Change the computer's theme.
Select a theme from the Theme pull-down menu in the
Display Properties Window, and then click OK.
