If you want to silence an incoming ring, for example, when you are in a meeting, press “END”.
Then the incoming ring will be silenced. Then the caller will be noticed that you are not
available to answer.
Note 1) Although the incoming ring is silenced, the call is still coming. If you want to answer,
press any keys.
Note 2) When you press “END” to silence the incoming ring, the caller may be able to leave a
voice message or the call may be forwarded to others, which depends on your service provider.
Please contact your service provider for available options, such as Voice mail, Call forwarding,
etc.
14. Short Cut
i. Keypad Lock
: Press and hold “(#)
▶
” for a second when it’s in Standby Mode, and the
keypad will be locked. To unlock the keypad, press “
” and “(#)
▶
” orderly.
ii. Etiquette Mode : Press and hold “◀(*)” for a second. Then the phone will turn to
etiquette mode. To release etiquette mode, press and hold “◀(*)” again.
iii. Phone Book Entry : Press “
▼
” of navigation keys. Then all the phone numbers you
stored will be shown in alphabetical order.
iv. Alarm
: Press “▲”. Then you can set an alarm.
