•Problem:Thecomputercannotconnecttothenetwork.
Solution:Makesurethat:
–TheLenovoUSB2.0EthernetAdapterorsupportedThinkPadOneLinkDockisconnectedcorrectlyto
yourcomputer.
–Thecableisinstalledcorrectly.
ThenetworkcablemustbesecurelyconnectedbothtotheLenovoUSB2.0EthernetAdapterofyour
computerandtotheRJ45connectorofthehub.Themaximumallowabledistancefromthecomputer
tohubis100meters.Ifthecableisconnectedandthedistanceiswithinacceptablelimitsbutthe
problempersists,tryadifferentcable.
–Youareusingthecorrectdevicedriver.Toinstallthecorrectdriver,dothefollowing:
1.OpenControlPanelandclickHardwareandSound➙DeviceManager.Ifyouarepromptedfor
