otherwords,thedataretrievalprocessingisdisabledunderanoperatingsystemsuchasWindows.The
dataisstillthere,eventhoughitseemstobelost.Thus,itissometimespossibletoreadthedatabyuseof
specialsoftwarefordatarecovery.Thereisariskthatpeopleofbadfaithmightreadandmisusethecritical
dataonharddiskdrivesorsolid-statedrivesforunexpectedpurposes.
Topreventleakageofdata,itbecomesveryimportantthatyoutakeresponsibilityfordeletingallthedata
fromtheharddiskdriveorsolid-statedrivewhenyoudisposeof,sell,orhandoveryourcomputer.You
candestroythedataphysicallybysmashingtheharddiskdriveorsolid-statedrivewithahammer,or
magneticallybymeansofstrongmagneticpower,thusmakingthedataunreadable.Butwerecommend
thatyoumakeuseofthesoftware(payware)orservice(payservice)specicallydevelopedforthepurpose.
