RMA Process (Warranty Service)
To request warranty service, contact Motion Technical Support at our
toll-free number, 866-322-9783. If Motion determines a return is
necessary, you will be given an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
number, as well as packing and shipping instructions. Motion Computing
will complete the repair within 48 business hours and return it by two-
day air shipment.
