The following status indicators may be displayed at the top
of the screen:

System sound is on/off. To switch the
sound mode, tap the icon and select
On , Vibrate , and Off .

Main battery is low or very low.

service provider is on, and the
strength of the signal is indicated.
No signal.
The connection to your mobile phone
service provider is off.
1 or more instant messages has been

1 or more e-mail, SMS, or MMS
messages has been received.
Internet (GPRS) Connection is active.
Server synchronization is occurring.
Tap this icon to view all notification
icons. (There are more notification
icons to be displayed than there is
room to display them.)
Synchronization is beginning or
ending.
Wireless connection is active.
