Restoring the Factory Default
Settings
In some cases, you may need to restore the factory default
settings of your phone by clearing the memory (RAM) from
your phone. This is called a
hard reset
.

Turn off your phone.

Press and hold the
Send
key with one hand while
using the stylus to press the Reset switch with the
other hand.

Release the
Send
key after the phone restarts.
