Getting More Out of Your Phone
Notes: Before receiving files using IR, first check the
Receive all incoming beams item by tapping > Settings >
Connections > Beam .
ActiveSync® Errors
Whenever ActiveSync cannot successfully synchronize your
information, it displays an error on your device.
Notes: Some types of errors can interfere with automatic
synchronization. If you suspect that a scheduled automatic
synchronization has not occurred, you should attempt to
manually synchronize your information. Successfully
completing manual synchronization will reset automatic
synchronization.

1
Align the IR ports so that they are unobstructed
and within close range.
2 Have the owner of the other device send the
information to you. Your device will automatically
receive it.
Action
Press the Action key when the error text is displayed.
ActiveSync will then display more information about
the error that occurred.
