NOTE: Based on extensive experience and a medium-hard coffee blend, we

recommend replacing the burrs following the quantities in next table:

12.3.Siliconcurtainreplacement(F8model)

The silicon curtain ensures consistency in the dose and reduces static electricity.

Located inside the coffee outlet ( ), it can be replaced by following the steps below:

1. Remove the grind regulator control knob ( )looseningthexingboltwithan

Allen wrench No. 2.5.

2. Remove the four screws securing the cover using an Allen key No. 2.5.

3. Removethefourscrewsxingthebaseofaluminumsiding,usinganAllenkey

No. 2.5.

4. Remove the coffee outlet ( ), by removing the two retaining screws using

an Allen wrench No. 2.5. At this point, access to the silicon curtain is possible.

Replace the silicon curtain with a new silicon curtain of different thicknesses

according to the needs of each coffee. Simply remove the screw curtain using a

# 10 Torx wrench.
