No changeable parameters. Mode is always mono, sample rate is fixed at 8 kHz and the bit rate is
always 64 Kbit/sec.
Multicast Parameters
In order to request operation in multicast, a special string has to be inserted into the URI before
the specifications of the requested streams. It looks like a stream specification, but the media
name is empty. See examples below.
