GPS
Solid green
None. GPS is ready.
Blinking green
GPS is trying to aacquire a lock. Perform the
following steps if the GPS LED does not turn solid
green within 30 minutes:
• If you have not already done so, connect the
external GPS antenna to your device.
• If the external GPS antenna is already
connected, move it to a different location, as
close to a window as possible.
• If this problem persists, call Customer
Support as described in
Getting help on
page 5-19.
Solid amber Restart the device by turning the power off and
on. If this problem persists, call Customer
Support as described in
Getting help on
page 5-19.
