BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Carefully unpack and remove all packaging materials.
2. Before using for the rst time, wipe the cooking plates with a damp cloth to
remove all dust and then dry. Wipe outer surfaces with a slightly damp soft cloth

will illuminate. Close the lid.
NOTE: When your quesadilla / pizza maker is heated for the rst time, it might emit
slight smoke and/or odor. This is normal and should disappear after one or
two uses.
This does not affect the safety or use of the appliance. However, it may affect the
avor so it is recommended that the rst pizza prepared in the quesadilla / pizza
maker be discarded.
4. While the quesadilla / pizza maker is preheating, prepare the pizza for baking.
5. After approximately 2 to 3 minutes, the green READY light will illuminate,
indicating that the quesadilla / pizza maker is ready for use.

is golden brown.
NOTE: The green READY light will cycle on and off as the unit maintains proper
baking temperature.
