Troubleshooting
If your order is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know so we can rectify any issues ASAP.
Although, it is not common we wanted to give you a heads up in case you face a similar issue.
Sometimes when using the oven for the first time the fire may ignite for a few seconds but turn o right after.
The pizza oven is brand new, it is not defective, and you shouldn't worry if it does not start on the first few
tries.
Just like with any new gas appliance, it may need a couple of tries to fully push out any stuck air in the pipes.
These are some troubleshooting options:
1. Please make sure there is a sucient amount of gas in the propane tank.
2. If the tank has sucient supply, since the oven is brand new you may need to push out all the
trapped air stuck in the hose and oven. Please push the dial in and 'slowly' rotate until you hear the
click, after the click, keep the button pushed in for 5-10 seconds. If it does not light, wait 1 minute and
repeat the same process. Similar to all new gas appliances, this process may need to be repeated 2-3
times.
