Troubleshooting Guide
Getting the most from your Pizza Oven
Before you begin, remember to read your manual carefully and to store it forfuture reference.
Cooking Your First Pie
• Preheat the oven on HI setting for 20-25 minutes. If using an infared thermometer, the perfect pizza
cooking temperature is around 752°F (400°C).
• When making the pizza, try making the bottom crust on the thinner side to fully cook the pie. And as you
gain more experience, you can start thickening the crust.
• After preheating, lower the flames to LOW then put the pizza in. (Putting the pizza in on HI will burn the
pies very quickly) On LOW allows you more time for cooking.
• Rotate the pizza in the oven every 20-30 seconds to evenly cook the pie. Keep rotating the 'cooked' part
out of the flame corner.
• After you see the crust is cooked to your liking, peak at the bottom to see if it is fully done. If you want it
a little more well done, turn o the flame and leave the pie on the stone to cook more.
• After removing the pizza, reinsert the bae door and turn the oven to HI to reheat the stone to optimal
temperature.
Dont get frustrated if you burn a pie or two, everyone goes through a few burnt pies. But once you get a
hang, we are sure you'll love it!
