Assembly Instructions
1) Unpack the box and idenfy the parts. There is a bag of hardware, two locking casters, two non-locking
casters, and two of each rail labeled A, B, C, and D.
2) Lay the components upside down on the floor as shown in the assembly drawing. (Fig. 1) Make sure the three
square mounng holes located at the end of the rails are posioned along the outside of the assembly. (Fig. 2)
3) In order, align the holes of one locking caster bracket, rail A, and rail C and secure together with three large
carriage bolts, lock washers, and nuts. Repeat the process for the remaining two A and C rails using one non-
locking caster.
4) In order, align the holes of one locking caster bracket, rail B, and rail D and secure together with three large
carriage bolts, lock washers, and nuts. Repeat the process for the remaining two B and D rails using one non-
locking caster.
5) Locate the A and C sub-assembly with locking caster and the B and D sub-assembly with locking caster. With
the parts right-side up, posion rail A on top of rail B, align the holes to the corresponding length of your cabinet,
and secure together using two small carriage bolts, lock washers, and nuts. Repeat this process for the A and C
sub-assembly with non-locking caster and B and D sub-assembly with non-locking caster.
6) With rail C on top of rail D, align the holes to the corresponding depth of your cabinet, and secure together
using one small carriage bolt, locking washer, and nut. Repeat this process for the other side.
IMPORTANT!
Use the locking casters on the side of the caddy that will be the front.
