Parameter File Elements
The parameter file is used to pass setup options to the Setup application and
is made up of a sequence of tagged lines, with the tag indicating what the data
describes.
For example: INSTALLTYPE:Install
Important: The parser is case insensitive. Any values containing white space
must be enclosed with double quotes, for example "pre clone". If the file
name/path contains any white space (space, tab) or special characters(-, /,
etc.) then it must be enclosed in quotes "..."
