○ Speed Choose the speed and transmit/receive mode for each port. The default setting is Auto
which starts at 1000 Mbps Full Duplex, proceeding downward to 10 Mbps Half Duplex. To
maximize conferencing performance, especially in high bit rate call environments, use a 1Gb
connection.
7 Click OK. If you have modified the Management Network Properties, reset the MCU.
Modifying the Network Service
The Network Service parameters need to be modified if you want to change any of the following:
• The network type that the RMX connects to
• The IP address of the RMX Signaling Host
• The IP addresses of the RMX Media boards
• The subnet mask of the RMX’s IP cards
• The gatekeeper parameters, including additional gatekeepers you want to add to the Alternate
Gatekeepers list
• SIP server parameters
