the wire of the eletric box is
connected correctly

Reconnect according to
the wiring diagram

the outdoor mainboard and the filter board
according to the wiring diagram
Is the connection wire broken?
Replace the
connection wire
Check if there is power input
between the neutral wire and live
wire of the outdoor main board

Replace the filter board of
the outdoor unit
Resume communication?
