Opera�on and controller instruc�ons 1. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the device. 2. Plug the home adapter into a 100~240V electric outlet. 3. Turn on the device using the controller ( instruc�ons on page 5 ). 4. Adjust the proper belt length with Velcro straps. • The device will automa�cally turn off a�er the set �mer runs out. • Do not setup or use the device in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.
