ALTERNATE CONSTRUCTION - MODEL E(A)M820C##-PM – FIGS. 24, 24A, 24B & 25

General – Model E(A)M820C##-PM employs the alternate construction as

below. It’s identical to the original construction of E(A)M820C##-PM

described in this report except for the following items as shown in Fig. 24

for the oven cavity view with door opened, Fig. 24A for the internal right

view & Fig. 24B for the inside top view; and Fig. 25 for the inside right side

view respectively.

1. Ventilation Openings - A series of holes measuring 3.0 mm diameter each,

covers overall area measuring approximately 135 mm by 55 mm, located in

cavity left side wall.

2. Oven Lamp and Air Inlet Opening - A series of holes measuring 3.0 mm

diameter each, covering overall area measuring approximately 55.5 mm by

47.5 mm, located in the cavity right side wall.

3. Turntable Motor - R/C (XEIT2/8), GUANGDONG MIDEA MICROWAVE AND

ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES MFG CO LTD (E305413)/ GUANGDONG MIDEA KITCHEN

APPLIANCES MFG CO LTD (E305803), Model MDS-4A, rated 120 V, lower than

4.5 W, class B or H, locked-rotor temperature at 150 C. ML File

E186431, Model SM201D, Vol. 1, Sec. 3. Motor shaft engages a turntable

coupler constructed of R/C (QMFZ2) thermoplastic rated HB minimum.

Secured to turntable motor bracket by screws.

4. Electronic Controller Assembly – Unlisted component (KQSQ3/9), GUANGDONG

MIDEA MICROWAVE AND ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES MFG CO LTD, Model AMLAAXX-01-

5. Bottom Enclosure - Same as Fig. 7B.

6. Oven Cavity Thermostat – Same as Fig. 4A except that the thermostat is

secured on the edge of oven cavity by two screws.

7. Magnetron Thermostat - R/C (XAXP2/8), FOSHAN TIANPENG THERMOSTATS CO LTD

(E202192), Model KSD201/PPS or KSD201/EC, rated 125 V, 15 A, temperature

limiting type, calibrated to open at 160 C. Secured to Magnetron and

prevented from moving by two screws. Terminals of unit are insulated

upon connection of mating terminal.
