ALTERNATE CONSTRUCTION FOR MODEL E(A)M720D## – FIGS. 17A & 17B
General – Model E(A)M720D## employs the alternate construction as below.
Fig. 17A shows the rear view and Fig. 17B shows the bottom view. It’s
identical to the previous construction of E(A)M720D## described in Figs. 16 &
17 except for the following items.
1. Rear Enclosure – Painted steel, 0.5 mm thick. Secured to oven cavity and
bottom enclosure by either riveting, spot-welding, or by screws.
Measures approximately 432 mm wide by 236 mm high. Provided with hole at
top of the rear enclosure for placement of strain relief. See Ill. 14
for openings and dimensional details.
2. Bottom Enclosure - Plated steel, 0.5 mm thick, measuring 432 mm by 258
mm. Secured to Cavity frame by screws. See Ill. 15 for openings and
dimensional details.
4. Cooling Fan Motor – R/C (XEIT2/8), Yuyao Jing Cheng High & New
Technology Co Ltd, Type YJF62A-120, rated 120 V, 60 Hz, Class B, locked-
rotor temperature at 175 C (E199578). Press fits into integral
Thermoplastic Cooling Fan Support and secured by two screws. Same as
above except label contents of GUANGDONG MIDEA MICROWAVE AND ELECTRICAL
APPLIANCES MFG CO LTD (E305413)/GUANGDONG MIDEA KITCHEN APPLIANCES MFG
CO LTD (E305803), Type MDT-08A.
Alternate – Same as above except R/C (XEIT2/8), GUANGDONG MIDEA KITCHEN
APPLIANCES MFG CO LTD (E305803), Model YZ-61-9-2-133, rated 120 V, 20 W,
class B (Engineering Note: maximum evaluated lock rotor temperature
170C, refer to File E214180, Vol. 1, Sec. 9, date 2004-05-07, TR No.
45).
5. Turntable Motor – R/C (XEIT2/8), Foshan Shunde Hengxing Micro Motor Co
Ltd (E199324). Model TYJ50-8A19, rated 120 V, 36 mA, Class A insulation,
locked-rotor temperature at 150 C.
Alternate – Same as above except R/C (XEIT2/8), GUANGDONG MIDEA KITCHEN
APPLIANCES MFG CO LTD (E305803), Model TB-49-16-8-15, rated 100-127 V, 4
W, class B (Engineering Note: maximum evaluated lock rotor temperature
175C, refer to File E214180, Vol. 1, Sec. 10, date 2004-11-27, TR No.
52).
