General – Fig. 10 shows the bottom view, Fig. 11 shows the top view
without top enclosure, Fig. 11A shows the internal left side view and
Fig. 11B shows the internal right side view of Model E(A)M720D##.
Fig. 11C shows the intended securement locations of Magnetron Thermostat
Metal Support. MODEL E(A)M720D## is identical to Model E(A)M720C##-PM
except differences as below.
1. Power Supply Cord and Plug – Listed, flexible cord, Type SJT, 3-
conductor jacketed, 16 or 18 AWG, rated 105 C and terminated in a
three-prong grounding-type attachment plug. Overall length of cord may
vary from 1 m to 2.1 m, measured from base of plug to point of entry
into appliance. When external cord length is less than 1.4 m, text shown
in MARKINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS, is provided in the user instruction
manual.
2. Bottom Enclosure - Plated steel, 0.5 mm thick, measuring 432 mm by 258
mm. Secured to Cavity frame by screws. Shape shown as Fig. 10.
3. Noise Filter Assembly – Model MDFLT12G, consists of below components.
Refer to Ill. 5 for circuit diagram and trace layout.
a. Printed Wiring Board - R/C (ZPMV2), rated V-0, 130 C, suitable
for direct support part. The 1.6 mm minimum spacing over the
surface and through the air is maintained on board. Secured to
the plastic support with two taps. 0.8 mm spacing is maintained
between the live parts of noise filter and fan motor air guide
plastic.
b. Fuse - R/C (JDYX2/8), DONGGUAN BETTER ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO
LTD (E300003). Cat. No. 611, rated 125 Vac, 15 A. Mounted in
two metal clips secured to the PWB on the noise filter.
Alternate - Listed (JDYX/7), SHANGHAI SONGSHAN ELECTRONICS CO
LTD (E171685), Type 326015, rated 15A, 125V.
c. Across the Line Capacitor - R/C(FOWX2/8), rated 0.33uF, 250Vac
minimum.
d. Line Choke – May vary from 10 to 15 turns per side. more than
1.5 mH. 1.5 mm in diameter, wound on PBT bobbin measuring 13 mm
inner diameter and 13 mm thick.
e. Y Capacitor – Two Provided. R/C(FOWX2/8), rated 250 V, 3300 pF.
