General – Fig. 7 shows the bottom view of the Model EM720C##. Represents all
models unless otherwise indicated. Fig. 7-1 shows the bottom view of the
Models E(A)M720C##-PM and E(A)M820C##-PM. Fig. 7B shows the bottom view of
Models E(A)M720C##-PM, MM720C##-PM and E(A)M820C##-PM. Also represents other
models unless otherwise specified.
1. Bottom Enclosure - Plated steel, 0.5 mm thick, measuring 432 mm by 258
mm. Secured to Cavity frame by screws.
Alternate – (For Models E(A)M720C##-PM and E(A)M820C##-PM only) Same as
above except the molding shape of Bottom Enclosure shown as Fig. 7-1.
Alternate – (For Models E(A)M720C##-PM, MM720C##-PM, MM720C##-PMB and
E(A)M820C##-PM only) Same as above except the molding shape of Bottom
Enclosure shown as Fig. 7B.
2. Turn Table Motor Cover - Plated steel, 0.5 mm thick minimum. 78 mm by 66
mm by 2.3 mm, secured to bottom enclosure by steel tabs. Provided with
openings each measured min. 5 mm OD are provided in the area of 42 mm by
31 mm (For details on, refer to figure 7). After replacement of the
turntable motor, the cover is to be re-secured to bottom plate by a
screw and steel tab.
3. Air Exhaust Louvered Openings – For the details, refer to figure 7.
4. Air Exhaust Openings – For the details of openings each measured min.
4.7 mm OD and 4.9 OD, refer to figure 7.
5. Turntable Motor - R/C (XEIT2/8), Foshan Shunde Hengxing Micro Motor Co
Ltd. Model TYJ50-8A19, rated 120 V, 36 mA, Class A insulation, locked-
rotor temperature at 150 C. (E199324)
6. Turntable Motor bracket – 0.6 mm thick plated steel measuring 106 mm OD
by 11.6 mm. Secured to cavity by welding.
7. Feet – Two provided, 4.5 mm high minimum. Each secured to bottom of
the enclosure by snap fit into a hole in the center of foot.
