is identical to model EM720C## except as described below. MM720C## is
identical to Model E(A)M720C##-PM except as described below. Also represents
other models unless otherwise specified.
1. Mechanical Controller Assembly - R/C (WGZR2 / 8), Yuyao Jing Cheng High
& New Tech. Co., Ltd., Type VF35M104ⅡE-S (E189738). Secured to oven
cavity front plate by a screw and integral tabs in the control frame
engaging slots within the oven cavity front plate. Operating time 35
min.
Alternate – Same as above except for, type VF30M104ⅡE-S. operating time
is 30 min.
Alternate – (For E(A)M720C##-PM only) Same as above except for YUYAO
JING CHENG HIGH & NEW TECHNOLOGY CO LTD (E189738), type VFD35M104IIE,
operating time 35 min.
2. Timer Knobs – Any R/C (QMFZ2) Type, min. rated HB. Measured 50 mm OD by
26 mm long. Secured to timer motor shaft by friction. The surface of
knob for gripping may be changed.
3. Power Knob – Any R/C (QMFZ2) Type, min. rated HB. Measured 50 mm OD by 18
mm long. Secured to Power Switch shaft by friction. The surface of knob
for gripping may be changed.
