all members are currently on calls the calling party is immediately sent to the overflow
extension.
The Overflow destination extension can be an intercom number or feature code that calls another

extension.
Step 5: Specifying the Ringing Times
The Ringing Times option is discussed in system and station programming. See these exercises
for details on using this option.
Step 6: Specifying Special Features
The special selected features listed below are normally disabled. When they are enabled they
adjust the default capabilities of the Hunt Group.
• Incoming Digits Display: During an incoming call, hunt group members normally see the
name given to them under the Name Option (if they have a LCD) or Full Name Option (if
they are using a CTI application like Impact Group or Impact Call). This allows a person in
multiple hunt groups to determine how to answer a call, e.g., as Sales or Tech Service.
With this feature enabled, instead of seeing a hunt group name, members see the DID/DNIS
digits of the incoming call.
• Multiple Call Handling: As mentioned above, members who are currently on calls are

group members can still be hunted even if they are currently on a phone call.
