FXINT-FSRV Expansion Cabinet Services Board
Description
The FXINT-FSRV is a part of an expansion package with part number FXOPX-1. The FXOPX-
1 package is required for Fiber expansion and works in conjunction with the FXINT-MAUXII.
The FXINT-XSRV is not compatible with the FX II. Fiber expansion should only be used when
the expansion cabinet being installed must be located more than six feet from the main cabinet.
Fiber expansion allows connectivity up to a mile away from the main cabinet.
The FXOPX-1 package consists of:
• FXINT-FSRV: Expansion Fiber Services board
• FXOPT-FBM-1 card: a Fiber card to be installed on the FXINT-MAUXII.
• FXOPT-FBX-1: a Fiber card to be installed on the FXINT-FSRV.
There is also an FXOPX-2 package that has almost all of the same specifications as the FXOPX-
1. The differences are that the FXOPX-2 is for a 2
nd
expansion cabinet, and the part number for
the Expansion Services board used is FXINT-FSRV-1.
NOTE: The difference between the FXINT-FSRV and the FXINT-FSRV-1 is the FXINT-FSRV-1 has no
DTMF Receivers built-in to it.
The FXINT-FSRV board contains additional built-in features for supporting the system, such as:
• 1 dedicated Fiber / SCSI card slot: For mounting the FXOPT-FBX-1 or -SCX-1
• 8 built-in DTMF receivers
• 2 Option slots: Supports 1 Com card or 2 DTMF receiver cards

Description
The FXINT-FSRV-1 is a part of an expansion package with part number FXII-EXP. The FXII-
EXP package is required for SCSI expansion and works in conjunction with the FXINT-
MAUXII. The FXINT-XSRV is not compatible with the FX II.
