Accessing the Dealer Resource Center
• You must have an account set up for you before you can access the Dealer Resource Center
site.
• You apply for an account to access the Dealer Resource Center site by following the Apply
for Access instructions located on http://echannel.comdial.com
. Generally, you can expect a
reply within one business day. All applicants are verified as current Comdial dealer
technicians before they are registered on the system.
Finding Available Information
• Once you log on to the Dealer Resource Center, you will see several categories of
information available to you from the Main Menu. Simply point and click on the areas of
interest to you. Some of the most popular areas of our support site are described below.

common issues that occur during the installation and operation of Comdial products and
software.
