DXP Plus Specific Programming for Ringing Options
NOTE: The following items are only required when programming the DXP Plus.

There are times when all three cabinets are not available for a particular customer
application. At the same time the need for an extraordinary number of DTMF Receivers may
occur. If this combination of events occurs this option will allow you to redirect the location
of DTMF Receivers that would normally be installed in the Third Cabinet. Placement of two
DTMF option cards can be made on the lower two slots of the Services Board in the main
cabinet as long as this additional software command is enabled. This would have the affect
of configuring the system with a higher number of DTMF Receivers than is normally
allowed in this two cabinet configuration.
Services DTMF Highway:
• Enable this feature when DXOPT-TON cards are installed on the lower two slots of the
Services Board.
• With this feature enabled only one DXOPT-TON card can be installed on the lower
expansion cabinet Interface board.
