Extension – Predefined FWD – No Answer is set at Null for all extensions. (Range: any extension or
directory number.)
Call Handling – Predefined FWD Time is set at 10 seconds (Range is 6-30 seconds in 2 second
increments).
Programming Abstract
Program the appropriate destination for Wrong #, Busy and No Answer conditions as required for each
extension.
Program the appropriate No Answer Predefined FWD Time if required.
Programming via the DET (Digital Extension Terminal)

Input 01-101~156-30 (for the extension number) to program the appropriate extension Busy
Destination.
Or…
Input 01-101~156-31 (for the extension number) to program the appropriate extension No Ans
Destination.

save]. This advances to the selected extension Predefined Forward database item.
Press [chg

chg] to change the value of this data item.
Input the appropriate destination (this may be an extension number or UCD/Hunt Group number).

Continue making other database changes, or... exit programming mode when changes are complete.
