• To turn off the message waiting light at a busy or idle station,
1. Press MESSAGE. (For models 8012S and 8024S, press
INTERCOM, then dial #3.)
2. Dial extension number of station that was alerted. The message
waiting light of called station will turn off.
• To turn off the message waiting light during message-delivering
conversation,
1. Press INTERCOM.
8.2 Using LCD Messaging
NOTE: You can set system supplied messages to be displayed at the
calling LCD speakerphone.
•
To turn LCD messaging on,
1. Press INTERCOM.
2. Dial ✳ 02.
3. Dial message code number (0–9).
4. Press SPEAKER.
•
To turn off LCD messaging,
1. Press INTERCOM,
2. Dial #02.
