Video Settings
Video Settings: Camera
This checks that your camera is working and positioned to capture your preferred viewing area. Test
your camera, make adjustments (if needed), then select I DON’T SEE ANYTHING or I SEE MYSELF.
Video Settings: Screen Resolution
This test identies your screen’s resolution. Skype on XFINITY works optimally with 1080i, 720p, or
480p resolution. We recommend selecting the highest quality resolution your TV supports.
Helpful Hints to Camera Check
• If you do not see yourself, check if the camera’s USB cable is plugged into the camera
input of the adaptor.
