• Inorderforyour911callstobeproperlydirectedtoemergencyservices,Comcastmusthaveyourcorrect
serviceaddress.IfyoumoveXFINITYVoiceservicetoadifferentaddresswithoutComcastapproval,911
callsmaybedirectedtothewrongemergencyauthority,maytransmitthewrongaddress,and/orXFINITY
Voiceservice(including911)mayfailaltogether.
• XFINITYVoiceserviceusestheelectricalpowerinyourhome.Ifthereisanelectricalpoweroutage,911
callingmaybeinterruptedifthebatterybackupintheassociatedmultimediaterminaladapterisnotinstalled,
failsorisexhaustedafterseveralhours.
• Calls,includingcallsto911,mayormaynotbecompletedifthereisaproblemwithnetworkfacilities,
