Fault finding:

No reception on the AIS Receiver

● Check the power supply and that the unit is connected correctly

to a 12 or 24 volt DC supply

● Check the polarity of the supply is correct (red +ve and black

is –ve).

No reception on the VHF Radio

● Check the VHF antenna is fitted and correctly connected.

● VHF Radio reception and transmission will occur even if no

power is connected to the ASR 100
