DISASSEMBLY

Further disassembly should be performed as follows:

• To remove the handguards [1] stand the rifle on the

buttstock, press down on the handguard slip ring

[2] and remove the guards.

• To remove the sliding buttstock [3] pull down on

the buttstock lever [4] and slide the buttstock off

of the receiver extension [5].

SLIDING BUTTSTOCK

To collapse or extend the buttstock, squeeze the release lever and slide the

buttstock forward or rearward. The buttstock has intermediate positions for

comfort of the shooter.
