FIRING YOUR COLT CANADA SA
- PRACTICE STANCE, AIMING AND BREATHING UNLOADED ON A RANGE BEFORE USING YOUR
FIREARM LOADED.
- ALWAYS WEAR HEARING AND EYE PROTECTION DURING FIRING.
- KEEP YOUR FIREARM POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION.
- KEEP FINGERS AWAY FROM THE TRIGGER AND EJECTION PORT.
Grasp the firearm with one hand on the handguard and the other around the pistol grip with your index
finger resting along the outside of the trigger guard. Raise firearm and pull buttstock firmly into your
shoulder. Extend buttstock if required for comfort or length.
Aim at your target by aligning the front and rear sights.
Move selector lever to “R”.
Place index finger on trigger and squeeze gently until the trigger releases the hammer. Repeat this step
for each round fired.
When the magazine is empty the bolt will stay in the open or rear position. Return the selector to “S”
and depress the magazine release. This will unlock the magazine.
UNLOADING THE FIREARM
Place the fire control selector on “S”.
