DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

Replacing Interface PC Board

1. Remove the Right hand Side Cover.

2. Unplug the PC Board power cord [1] from the Power Inlet

on the PC Board.

3. Unplug (9) Connectors for Clutch, Sensors, Motor, Encoder

and Counter wires.

NOTE: Wires are labeled for easy reconnection.

CAUTION

DO NOT DAMAGE THE WIRES WHEN

REMOVING THEM.

4. Remove the (4) screws that attach the PC Board to the Side

Frame and remove the PC Board.

CAUTION

MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE PROPERLY

GROUNDED BEFORE HANDLING THE PC

BOARD. STATIC ELECTRICITY CAN

DAMAGE THE BOARD.

5. Reassemble in reverse order.
