DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

3. Push the Clutch in toward the Pulley to get access to

the retaining pin. Remove the retaining pin.

4. Remove the Clutch from the Feed Roller Shaft.

5. Reassemble in reverse order.

Replacing the Feeder Encoder and/or Encoder Sensor

1. Remove the Encoder Sensor from the Rear

Side Frame.

[A] Remove the (2) screws holding the Encoder

Circuit Board to the two standoffs.

[B] Remove the Encoder Sensor by carefully

moving the Sensor down and away from the

Encoder Wheel. NOTE: Be very careful not to

damage Encoder Wheel.

2. Remove the Encoder Wheel Assembly from the

Pull Out Shaft Assembly.

Remove screw and washer from the center of

Encoder Wheel. Do not bend or damage the

Encoder during removal.

3. To Reinstall: Insert screw with washer through

the Encoder Wheel. Apply Blue Loctite to

threads. Insert Screw into threaded end of the Pull

Out Shaft.

4. Reassemble in reverse order. NOTE: Check that Encoder Wheel and Drive Belt turn freely.
