NOTES:

PART MUST BE MOLDED USING 100% VIRGIN MATERIA.
2. DIMENSIONS:
2.1 Inspection dimensions marked with " " are critical dimensions
and their CPK>=1.33.
2.2 SPC control dimensions are marked with " SPC " and their CPK>=1.33.
2.3 All dimensions without tolerance should comply
with the general tolerance table in drawing.
2.4 All features unspecified can be referred to the 3D data.
3. APPEARANCE:
3.1 Finished parts are to be clean and free from all foreign matter.
3.2 Part to be free from flash, sink marks, scratches, inclusions,
flow and weld lines.
3.3 Flash and parting line mismatch shall not exceed 0.05mm.
4. TOOLING REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Ejector pads shall not exceed 0.1mm above flush,nor 0.1mm
below flush to part surface.
4.2 Gate vestigital shall not exceed 0.1mm beyond the part surface.
4.3 Tooling marking as follows:
A. text: standard font, height: 2.5mm, depth: 0.2mm.
B. core to be marked with the following details:
*material; part number(P/N); *revision letter (1,2,3...)
*cavity number (C1/n,C2/n...Cn/n); *recycle symbol; *date code
5.The part should be comply with below regulation and/or directive
5.1.RoHS EU Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendments including EU 2015/863
5.2.China ROHS 2.0 5.3.REACH SVHCs
5.4.1935/2004/EC or FDA 5.5.GB 4806
5.6.ASTM F963 for heavy metals 5.7.EN 71-3 Category III for heavy metals
