11-16 Device Status and Troubleshooting
Occasionally, the robotic disc transport might become misaligned.
This can cause disc pickup and placement problems, leading to disc
jams. These problems can be corrected by running the Robotic Arm
Alignment utility.
You must be logged in as a user with administrator privileges to run
this utility.
1. Make sure that no discs are being recorded or labeled.
2. Touch the Utilities button.
The Utilities screen displays.
3. If not already displayed, touch the Robotic Arm tab.

Technical Support personnel.
