INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

OVERVIEW

Installation requires connecting cables between the reader and your computer.

Step 1: Turn OFF the power to the computer.

Step 2: Unplug the KEYBOARD cable from the back of the computer and

plug it into the connector labeled "KEYBOARD" on the rear panel

of the reader.

Step 3: Plug one end of the cable (supplied with the reader) into the

connector labeled "COMPUTER" on the rear panel of the reader.

Step 4: Plug the other end of the cable (supplied with the reader) into the

KEYBOARD connector located on the back of your computer.
